We have owned The Welford for 14years now and in that time we have renovated every room. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and friendliness. We love meeting people from all over the world and have made many many new friends along our journey. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us as we will always try our utmost to help your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible.

In a Victorian terrace, The Welford offers locally sourced breakfasts and cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is situated in the heart of Harrogate, 5 minutes’ walk from Harrogate Railway Station.

The traditional bedrooms at Welford are individually decorated, and each has a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature private bathrooms with hairdryers and free toiletries.

Hearty full English breakfasts are served daily in the elegant dining room at The Welford. Breakfasts include homemade sausages and free range eggs, and light continental options are also available.

The family-run Welford Guest House is just a 2-minute walk from Betty’s Tea Room and the Harrogate International Conference Centre. The stylish Montpellier Quarter is a 10-minute walk, and guests receive free parking permits for nearby street parking.
